Replacement and Returns policy:

Returns should be made within 3 days and replacements within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • If you have received the wrong item, you can return it provided it is in the same condition as received and sealed in its original box, and not opened. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
  • You can return a product within 3 days and replace it within 7 days from the delivery date if it is in its original box.
  • You cannot return or replace an opened or used product.
  • Items purchased during the discounts or with a discount coupon can be replaced only.
  • You will be charged a return shipping fee of  SR. 34.50 that will be deducted from your refund amount if you choose to return any items from your order for any reason other than a manufacturing problem or receiving the wrong item.

Our regular return policy must follow the below conditions:

  • Item was never opened (Sealed/Closed Box)
  • The items must be returned in original packaging with no scratches or damage.
  • All accessories and parts should be packed and returned.
  • Please note that submitting this return request does not guarantee a refund, your refund will be approved or declined after a verification process based on our return policy.
  • in case the request is declined, your item will be shipped back to you.

 Canceling orders:

  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours without charge if the order was not shipped.
  •  If the order has been shipped, the shipping fees will not be refunded or the cash on delivery fees.
  • If you did not make your payment (credit card, bank transfer) within 1 working day, the order will be canceled.
  • If we realize that the product is not in a sellable condition at the time of preparing the product for shipping, the order will be canceled.

Please allow for the following days to Receive your refund:

  • Up to 30 working days for the credit card and bank transfer payments.
  • For Cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded through bank transfer and can take up to 30 working days.
